- All items are subject to a delivery lead time of 7–15 business days, depending on supplier availability, stock location, and delivery destination.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, supplier delays, adverse weather conditions, or peak trading periods.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.
- Applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where available.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.
Delivery Responsibility
- Risk and ownership of goods pass to the customer upon successful delivery.
- Customers should inspect all goods upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.
Incorrect Address Information

- Additional courier charges for redirected or returned shipments may be charged to the customer.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
- Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims made after this period may not be eligible for review.
Delays
- While every effort is made to meet estimated delivery times, CUSTOM DRIVE ONLINE shall not be held liable for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, customs, strikes, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
