Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched.

2. SHIPPING POLICY

Processing and Delivery

All orders are subject to payment confirmation and product availability.
All items are subject to a delivery lead time of 7–15 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to supplier delays, courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Additional charges resulting from incorrect information may be charged to the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

3. RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT POLICY

Return Period

Items may be returned within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

Be unused and uninstalled.
Be in original packaging.
Include all accessories and documentation.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Store Credit Only

CUSTOM DRIVE ONLINE does not provide refunds.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
Store credit may be used towards future purchases.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Special-order products.
Custom-made products.
Installed electrical components.
Clearance or sale items.
Products damaged through misuse or incorrect installation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by CUSTOM DRIVE ONLINE.
